Home Renovation Contractor
Banceo Home Improvement proudly contributed to this investor-owned property in Louisville. Our team completed framing and bathroom layout modifications, drywall installation and finishing, interior and exterior painting, flooring installation, kitchen backsplash work, finish carpentry, and window and door installation throughout the home. We also completed a full bathroom renovation featuring a custom-tiled shower.

To enhance both style and functionality, we designed and built a custom mudroom hall tree bench with integrated storage, along with a bespoke built-in desk tailored to the space. Interior design and professional staging were completed by All Things Interiors to help prepare the home for market. The property was successfully sold. Investment Property Renovation
This Louisville investment property featured custom renovation work completed by Banceo Home Improvement. Our team completed drywall installation and finishing, interior painting, flooring, and backsplash installation throughout the home. In addition, we designed and built a custom hall tree bench for the mudroom, a bespoke built-in desk, and a custom basement bar.
